Jonathan first started his short-term rental journey in 2018 when he first moved to Harrisburg, PA from Seattle where he worked at Amazon. He founded BurgBnB a Harrisburg based short-term rental company with seven premium listings located in two historic buildings on the Riverfront and Downtown. In 2021 Jonathan purchased the Gulf Siesta complex in Galveston, Texas. He moved to Galveston to transform the complex into a vacation rental resort offering guests affordable and pet-friendly accommodations conveniently located blocks to the Seawall and Gulf Beaches. Jonathan personally oversaw the design, curation and furnishing of every loft in the Complex. Jonathan lives on site and continues to oversee the metamorphosis of the complex.
