Standard check-in is 5pm and standard check-out is 10am.
Earlier check-in and later check-out is available for purchase for an additional fee. Paid early check-in or late check-out prices are based on the requested times. The earlier the requested early check-in time and the later the requested late check-out time the more expensive the fee will be. Guests can book their early check-in or late check-out as an add-on during the online check-out process.
Amenities included in all listings include free Wi-Fi, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), bed linens, towels, iron and ironing board, Smart TV with streaming, fully stocked kitchen, and one off-street parking space.
All Gulf Siesta listings are smoke-free. We do not allow the smoking of anything inside the listings. If you are interested in spending time outdoors we have several spaces that include an outdoor deck or patio with outdoor furniture, fire pits and BBQ grill. If a listing doesn't mention a deck or patio in the title it does not include it.
Visitors can visit the listing from 8am-10pm with no additional charge as long as you communicate with us ahead of time about the visitor(s). If your visitor(s) stays past 10pm quiet hours they are considered an extra guest and the $40 per extra guest per night extra guest fee would apply
Gulf Siesta does not have a front desk making bag check-in before or after your stay not possible. Check with your host if early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional charge. Sometimes it is possible for you to park early at the property prior to check-in so you can start exploring the city by foot prior to your check-in without worrying about carrying around your luggage.
The guest can be refunded (net credit card processing fees) up until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Qualifying refund requests will be net of any credit card processing fees (Typically ~3.5% of of charged amount). Bay BnB LLC accepts prepayment by: Credit card. Qualifying requests will be refunded within 7 days.
In order to stay at Gulf Siesta Vacation Lofts it is a requirement to either set up a refundable $300 security deposit or purchase a non-refundable $40 damage waiver that covers you for up to $300 in damage.
Gulf Siesta charges a $35 per pet per night pet fee. As long as you pay the pet fee you are welcome to bring your furry family members along.
Each listing includes one complimentary parking space. Additional parking spaces can be purchased during check-out for $10 per night.
Service animals are allowed for free but must be with their handler at all times and cannot be left alone in the listing. You must let us know if your service animal is required because of a disability and the tasks they are trained to perform. If you want to bring an Emotional Support Animal you are required to purchase the $35 per animal per night pet fee.
